RESIDENTIAL

Staff at The Olympus Group have years of experience providing entitlements, infrastructure studies, engineering, and construction administration for a variety of single family and multi-family developments.

Some of the projects to the right showcase a wide variety of style and density including "traditional lot" subdivisions, alley loaded Town-Homes, and higher density developments such as "6-pack" and "10-pack" units that maximize land usage.

Our experience also includes several large multi-family developments such as apartments and condominiums throughout Northern California. Multi-family experience at The Olympus Group includes "at-grade" structures and "Podium style" structures.

Whatever the project, our staff will work with you to create a site plan that fits your development needs, and we will guide you through the entitlement process to make your vision a reality.
